Refund policy

Return Policy
You have 90 days to request a return after receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at help@fleksfootwear.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For orders placed in the United States, we will send you a return shipping label. For international orders, we will send you instructions for where to send your package. We do not pay the return shipping fee for international orders.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Expedited shipping or international shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
